What if Prisme seems stuck or the connection is interrupted?

Distinguish waiting, a connection interruption, a usage limit and unavailable TikTok data.

Creatype · Updated October 11, 2026

Identify the displayed message

Connection interrupted, reconnecting indicates a stream interruption. A reached limit concerns account usage. A TikTok error concerns accessible data. These situations have different causes; the thinking timer alone does not distinguish them.

Avoid a duplicate request

During reconnection, Creatype attempts to recover stored work. Check your connection, then reopen the conversation if needed. Do not automatically resend the request: it may still be running. If an account choice is pending, select it or use Cancel.

Contact support

If the situation persists, use Help & support in settings. Include the time, displayed message and what you requested. An error screenshot can help; hide unnecessary private information. If a video is inaccessible, include its public link and the affected account.
