How do Creatype usage limits work?
Understand the shared allowance, its reset and requests already in progress in Creatype.

One allowance for your requests
Prisme exchanges, ideas and scripts use the same allowance. Usage depends on the work performed and selected effort. The percentage is therefore not a guaranteed number of videos or messages. Check the usage meter and next reset in your account.
When the limit is reached
A request can start while allowance or usable credits remain. A request already running can finish after the allowance is exhausted; Creatype covers that request’s overrun without an additional charge. Subsequent requests remain unavailable while the balance is exhausted.
The reset window is three hours on free and five hours on paid plans. Any credits follow their own settings.
When a request is already running
Only one Prisme request can run per account, including across conversations. Wait for the visible work to finish before starting another. A connection interruption does not allow a second request: let Creatype recover the stored result instead of sending the same message again.
